1. Company Information
JBS Records is a music production and licensing company operating from the State of Florida, United States.
2. Scope of Services
JBS Records sells digital music products only, including but not limited to:
- Beats
- Musical compositions
- Film scoring
- Sound design
- Audio files and related digital content
No physical products are sold or shipped.
3. Digital Products – Final Sale Policy
All products available on this website are digital downloads.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or made available, the sale is final.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.
4. No Ownership with Download
Purchasing and downloading a digital product does not transfer copyright ownership.
By completing a purchase, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.
All copyrights remain the exclusive property of JBS Records, unless exclusive rights are purchased separately and confirmed in writing.
5. Exclusivity / Exclusive Ownership
Exclusive rights are not included with standard digital downloads.
If a customer wishes to acquire exclusive ownership of a musical work, exclusivity must be purchased as a separate transaction.
Upon completion of the exclusivity purchase, JBS Records will issue an Exclusive Ownership Certificate, confirming the transfer of ownership to the buyer.
6. Effects of Exclusivity
Once exclusivity is granted:
The buyer becomes the sole owner of the musical work.
The work will be removed from all public catalogs and marketplaces.
No new licenses will be issued to third parties.
Previously issued non-exclusive licenses remain valid and unaffected.
7. Custom Works & Film Scoring
Custom compositions, film scoring projects, and commissioned works are non-refundable once production has begun.
Ownership and usage rights for custom works are governed exclusively by the written agreement or certificate issued for that project.
8. Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorized in writing, customers may not:
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the content
Share or make the files publicly available
Register the content in Content ID systems without authorization
Use the content for AI training, NFTs, or similar technologies
Claim authorship or copyright ownership without exclusivity certification
9. Intellectual Property & DMCA
All content is protected under U.S. copyright law.
JBS Records complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown notices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
JBS Records disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JBS RECORDS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA where applicable.
This website is not intended for children under 13 (COPPA).
